1. General Information

Kalapurana is a registered business based in Mysuru, India, specializing in handcrafted Mysuru Rosewood Inlay Artwork. All artworks are handmade, GI-certified, and unique in design. The term “we,” “us,” and “our” refers to Kalapurana. The term “you” refers to the user, customer, or viewer of our website.

2. Product Information

  1. Each artwork is handmade and may contain natural variations in wood grain, tone, and finish.
     

  2. Product dimensions may vary slightly due to the nature of handcrafted work.
     

  3. Colors displayed on the website may differ from the actual product due to lighting, screen resolution, and photographic representation.

3. Pricing & Payments

  1. All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
     

  2. We accept payments via secure payment gateways including Razorpay, UPI, and major debit/credit cards.
     

  3. Pricing may change without prior notice. However, once you place an order, the price at the time of purchase will be honored.

4. Processing & Fulfillment

  1. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless the item is made-to-order or customized.
     

  2. Made-to-order pieces may take 2–4 weeks for completion depending on complexity.
     

  3. Once the product is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp.

5. Returns & Refunds

As all our products are handcrafted and made in limited quantities:

  1. Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items received.
     

  2. You must raise a return/replacement request within 48 hours of delivery, along with unboxing video and photos of the damage.
     

  3. Approved returns will be eligible for a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.
     

  4. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days of return confirmation.

6. Intellectual Property

  1. All designs, photographs, videos, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Kalapurana.
     

  2. Reproduction, resale, or unauthorized use of our artworks or designs is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
     

  3. Any collaborations or content use must receive prior written approval from Kalapurana.
